At www.cffm.org/ – Christian Family Fellowship explains an introduction into their beliefs and emphasis on “Love”. We say it this way:

The Early Churches

Acts 2:42-43, “They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and signs were taking place through the apostles.” The Word of God tells us that the church was continuing to feel a sense of awe as they first began to gather following Pentecost. As they spent time together, they were seeing signs and wonders done by the apostles hands. These activities of praying, eating, teaching and spending time together set the stage for the work of the Holy Spirit to move among the people who were following Jesus Christ.

These early churches were have an amazing experience. The church life at this time was not mundane or routine. These churches were gathering in public and in homes and were experiencing God move with power. Acts 5:12-16, “At the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were taking place among the people; and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s portico. But none of the rest dared to associate with them; however, the people held them in high esteem. And all the more believers in the Lord, multitudes of men and women, were constantly added to their number, to such an extent that they even carried the sick out into the streets and laid them on cots and pallets, so that when Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on any one of them. Also the people from the cities in the vicinity of Jerusalem were coming together, bringing people who were sick or afflicted with unclean spirits, and they were all being healed.” We in the body of Christ today have the same opportunity as they did in fellowship with the exalted Christ if we just follow the blueprint that is laid out for us in the book of Acts.
