God is continuing to move at Christian Family Fellowship Ministry! We recently celebrated an awesome time with our Women in Ministry Conference—Fulfilling Our Call.

The teachers were outstanding, and even if you weren’t there or you’re not a woman, you can still hear those impactful, insightful sharings. You can also find Pastor Wayne Clapp’s Women in Ministry teachings and reference notes there.

Energizing and Growing

The men will have their own opportunity to laugh and grow together soon! The men will be gathering here in Tipp City, October 3-5, 2025, for the Energizing Our Vision 2025 Conference (scroll down for the event flyer and registration).

Thank you for supporting the growth initiative this past year. Your faithful giving has enabled us to expand digitally and to work with an executive church consultant in the administrative and projected vision of our local and global ministry.

During the past 10 years, we have been on a mission to bring Jesus, praise, and healing to everyone we meet. We are building forward with a fresh vision where every person who encounters Christian Family Fellowship will have an invitation to meet Jesus, be restored, and grow.

We are on target with our mission as “a family church bringing Jesus to the world.”

Board Movement

Associate Pastor Tom Dill and I would like to thank Associate Pastor Kevin Guigou for his 18 years of faithful service on the CFF board. He will be continuing as full-time staff.

We welcome Mike Day, Brent Joseph and Joyell Nevins for a one-year term on the board serving alongside Tom Dill and myself.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to our Finance Board for their continued service: Chairman Mike Day, Sid Helmus, Lauren Sturre and Secretary Sarah Mullens.

A Mind at Peace

During May and June, I taught a series on our Sunday Morning Fellowships about aligning your mind with the mind of Christ. It included the teachings:

Is Your Mind Aligned

Keep Your Mind Aligned: What Are You Thinking;

Keep Your Mind Aligned: Part 3

Keep Your Mind Aligned: Patience

Jesus kept his mind aligned with our Father, his Word, his will and his ways. Committing to keeping our minds set on God results in rest and peace regardless of the circumstances.

“You will keep in perfect and constant peace the one whose mind is steadfast [that is, committed and focused on You—in both inclination and character], Because he trusts and takes refuge in You [with hope and confident expectation].” Isaiah 26:3 AMP

Your mind is normal when it is at rest. When it is quiet and uncluttered, we can be more attentive to the Spirit of God.

What We Think About

Then, we must ask ourselves, “Is it important what I think?” The Word of God teaches us what we should spend our time thinking about.

“I will meditate on your precepts and have respect to your ways.” Psalm 119:115 NKJV

Jesus spent a lot of time considering the instruction and ways of God.

“Blessed (happy, fortunate, prosperous, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice, their plans and purposes]…but his delight and desire are in the law of the Lord, and on his law (the precepts, the instructions, the teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and by night.

And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or whither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].” Psalm 1:3 AMPC

The more time we spend meditating on the word of God, the bigger the harvest will be in our lives. We expect His goodness as we pursue His word, His will, and His ways.

Let’s keep our eyes on Jesus together!

“…let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2 NKJV
